Q: What size paper can you print up to:
A: SRA3 (450mm x 320mm) for our Digital presses

Q: What stocks of paper do you use:
A: Bright White Paper – Soft Calendared (with a shine to the paper) 90gsm, 100gsm, 120gsm, 160gsm, 250gsm,300gsm, 350gsm, Gloss or Silk, 120gsm, 140gsm, 170gsm, 210gsm, 250gsm, 280gsm

Q: How quick can you turn a job round?
A: Within a few hours a proof can be posted for next day delivery. 3 – 4 working days on most jobs, however we will discuss your delivery needs at quotation stage.

Q: How can I check I am happy with Digital print?
A: We can proof to you the exact paper and finishing you will expect for your final delivery, we will not proceed until you are happy.

Q: What is your lowest run?
A: We can print just 1 copy, especially for books / magazine proofs.

Q: Even though Digital is a quick turnaround, can I still talk to someone or is everything dealt with online?
A: There is always someone on hand to help you, we will communicate with you your timings and specifics every step of the way.

Q: What Finishing Capabilities do you have?
A: Saddle Stitching, Perfect Binding, Coil Binding, Wiro Binding, Drilling, Die Cutting, Perforating, Envelope Inserting Gloss and Matt Laminating

Q: WHSmith requires box toppers for my Bookazine copies, Is this something you can help with? How quick can you turn them round?
A: Yes we can, from pdf files we can turn these round same day.

Q: Where does Digital stop and Sheetfed printing start?
A: It depends on type of print and run length, we will always work together with Warners Midlands to get the most cost effective option for you.

Q: What is the difference in using yourselves as opposed to an online Printer?
A: You have the confidence that you will be looked after, kept up to date with the status of your job. You can also see your job complete before we print and deliver. This allows you last minute changes if required at no extra cost.
