The event was a huge success, packed with wall-to-wall gaming. Open gaming ran right through until 10pm, alongside a quiz that kept the energy high into the evening.
The Tabletop Gaming team has always seen the show as a strong foundation for the brand and was very pleased to re-establish the show.
“Tabletop Gaming Live was a chance for the public to see, play and buy some of the latest games, as well as get a first look at the most talked-about current releases,” explained Matt Chapman, Tabletop Gaming magazine Editor.
“We had family-friendly play zones and a huge amount of demo opportunities to sit and play new games, as well as a free paint-and-take area where kids – and kids at heart – could learn to paint a miniature figure and then take that figure home with them.”
The Family Zone was a real highlight, helping create a fantastic mix of attendees from seasoned tabletop gamers to families looking for something fun to enjoy together, potentially introducing a new generation of tabletop gamers!
“A massive thank you to the entire team for the incredible hard work over the past six months. As ever, we made it tight for ourselves, but everyone pulled together and worked tirelessly to put on a brilliant event,” said Matt.
“We can’t wait to do it all over again next year, with Tabletop Gaming Live 2027 returning to Doncaster Racecourse 20 to 21February.”
