Telephone Customer Service Team Leader – Full Time

 

Reporting to the Head of Subscription Services, you will be responsible for organising, and working as part of, the Telephone Customer Service team to ensure that all calls, emails and customer queries are responded to as quickly as possible and to an exceptionally high standard.

 

To excel in this role, you will have a background in leadership, excellent communication and customer service skills, a confident and professional manner, good attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines whilst under pressure.

  • Team leader / management experience in a telephony environment.
  • Self-motivator.
  • Extremely good organisation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Good decision maker.
  • Strong computer skills, with knowledge of excel and word.
  • A fast learner with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
  • Hard-working and flexible.
  • Inspire and motivate teamwork.

 

This role is a 35-hour week, working Monday to Friday, 8-4pm, 9-5pm or 10-6pm depending on the shift you are on, and 1 in 4 Saturdays 9-5pm and 2 bank holidays per year.
