Accounts Apprentice – full-time working 35 hours per week Monday to Friday.
We are looking to recruit an ambitious, smart, motivated individual to start their career in our friendly and fast-paced Accounts department. The role will entail business admin, customer and IT skills. With our training and development programme this is a fantastic opportunity for a successful career with an opportunity to progress.

Other requirements
- Travel to college will be required, therefore a current, clean driving licence would be an advantage
- Excel and other Microsoft Office experience would be beneficial but training can be provided
Training course – AAT level 3 and level 4 with the possibility of further training once this is completed. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying, this will be provided as day release.
Work – As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work – Duties will include:
- Data entry of supplier and customer invoices into the relevant accounting systems
- Generating sales invoices
- Regular debt chasing
- Reconciliations of company credit cards
- Managing PDQ terminals and floats for shows
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly payroll
- Balance sheet reconciliations
