Adminstration assistant – 6-month fixed term contract

An interesting and varied role has become available within Warners Group Publications to join our Subscription & Membership Department, working across all areas of the department.

Reporting to the Subscriptions Contact Centre Manager this role will involve general administration tasks, order processing, liaising with our customers via telephone and email, distributing and opening the post, keeping filing systems up to date and any other administration tasks as and when required.

To excel in this role you will already possess fast and accurate data entry skills, extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word, the ability to work in an organised and methodical manner and to maintain a very high standard of attention to detail at all times.

This role is a 35-hour week, working 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday (office hours are 8am-6pm Monday to Friday, some cover may be required on occasion out of the normal 9am-5pm hours) 1 in 4 Saturdays 9am – 5pm and 2 bank holidays.
