A - Z Useful Information

CASHPOINT

A cash machine is now available in Palm Court (main entrance foyer) just outside the security office. The service is provided by the Co-Operative bank.

CATERING FACILITIES

There are a variety of food serveries situated around the perimeter of the Great Hall as well as a food area as shown on the floor plan in the official show guide.

CHILDREN'S MODELLING AREA

Once again we will be staging a children’s modelling area at the show where youngsters can enjoy the opportunity to construct their own scenic model.  Sponsored by FREESTONE MODEL ACCESSORIES the area will be open to children aged 5-14 yrs for morning and afternoon sessions on both Saturday and Sunday.  Participants can take their model home or add it to the special village layout on display.

CHILDREN'S STEP STOOLS

Give children a better view of the layouts by borrowing a children's step stool from the Organisers' Office. Simply book out a stool by leaving a returnable deposit of £3.

CLOAKROOM

A cloakroom is available in Palm Court (main entrance foyer); the charge per item is £1.

DISABLED ACCESS

There is full disabled access around the venue with the exhibition all on the ground floor.

DOGS

No dogs permitted apart from official guide dogs.

FIRST AID

If you require first aid please contact the medical centre situated adjacent to the marble vestibule between the Great and West Halls. Or contact one of the Organisers who will call them for you.

Saturday 10.00am – 5.30pm
Sunday 10.00am – 5.00pm
(Doors open at 9.45am for pre-booked ticket holders.)

SHOW GUIDE

Full colour publication presenting full details of all the layouts on display at the event as well as comprehensive exhibitors' listing, floor plan and general show information. Copies will be on sale in the main entrance foyer.

SHUTTLE BUS SERVICE

A FREE shuttle bus service will be running continuously on Saturday and Sunday between Alexandra Palace Station, Wood Green underground station and Alexandra Palace.
