SENIOR CUSTOMER CONTACT OFFICER
This role will encompass working within a small telephony team – dealing with in-bound and out-bound calls using our bespoke database, management of the department telephone system, managing paper-based tasks and cross-selling our products and services to potential and existing customer.
To excel in this role you will have excellent customer service skills, a 'can do' attitude, ability to problem solve whilst under tight deadlines and previous experience of working in a telephony/telesales based environment.
